In the electro-hydraulic servo system, the permanent magnet synchronous motor is coaxially connected with the oil pump. The drive motor drives the oil pump to supply oil, and then the pressure sensor feeds back the actual pressure signal to the driver. The drive performs precise pressure closed loop according to the pressure feedback signal and the motor encoder. Control, the output flow size is obtained by the increase and decrease of the speed.
